Here are a few of the project types I've worked on over the years.
I’m currently working on the 3rd and final phase of a large apartment complex in Florida. There are already over 400 units leased, and there will be nearly 700 units when finished. This project has been a complex maze of permits and approvals involving wetlands, endangered species, and floodplain concerns. It is now very near completion.
I put a 1.4 million square foot logistical warehouse on a 90-acre site for a Fortune 500 company. That is 32 acres under-roof. A few of the challenges here included endangered species as well as some unexpected, last-minute city requirements. Still, the end result was a stellar project for a very satisfied client.
This redevelopment project was a former Circuit City location purchased out of bankruptcy at the courthouse. Since this was a busy signalized intersection with the highest traffic counts in the area, we were able to land a pair of Fortune 500 companies as new tenants. The final result was the successful project you see here.
